Cancellation, refund, payment and licence requirements for driving lessons and road tests with Banur Driving School in BC.
Driving Lesson Guidelines
- Each driving lesson is a minimum of 1 hour and 5 minutes of debrief is included. Therefore students will have a minimum of 50 minutes of practice time.
- If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 48 hours of notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancelling a road test appointment made by Banur Driving School Ltd., we require 72 hours of notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in a $25 road test cancellation fee by ICBC.
- All payments must be made prior to the lessons.
- There will be no refund for driving lessons or road tests that have taken place. If a student has prepaid for a driving lesson or a road test session, refunds will not be issued in cases where insufficient notice of cancellation is provided.
- Students must provide a valid BC learner driver license or driver license, including foreign driver license before the first lesson. Students must always carry their license during training.
- Only the student driver and the Instructor will be in the Banur Driving School Ltd. vehicle during training.
- Students must sign a consent and release form before Banur Driving School Ltd. may book a road test on their behalf.
- If a student does not pass the MELT theory or practical assessments, a D.O.C. will not be issued and the fees will not be refunded.
